Withdrawal requests on ku98 are processed to the bKash, Nagad or Rocket account registered to your player profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The name on your payment account must match the name on your ku98 account.

ku98 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for standard requests. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. ku98 does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to processing all valid withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of request.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.

General bonus rules that apply to all ku98 promotions unless otherwise stated:

ku98 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed after notice.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
